Exchange allowed but subject to the availability of the Style availability
Exchanges are allowed only if the product is available in stock. If the requested size
is unavailable, you may opt for an alternative product of equal value or wait for
restocking.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
Eligibility Criteria
The product must be unused, in original packing with tags attached.
Exchange is only allowed in desired size of the style only if the style in within stock.
Remember that only once a style can be exchanged, hence it is customer responsibility to place the exchange order carefully.
Inspection & Exchange processing
Once we have received the style, it will be inspected and then will be approved.You will be notified on the registered email id on the exchange status after the inspection process of the style.
Can I Can Cancel my style once ordered?
It should be noted that Oeeeee deliver the highest quality of styles therefore we adhered to ‘No cancellation policy” except:-
If the product is delivered in error or does not match with the order confirmation or has a genuine quality/ manufacturing defect. We will re-fulfill your order upon the verification and the original style.
Exchange style will be delivered within 10 working days.
